It states that anything under a National Security threat, conveniently does not fall under the Freedom of Information Act! Invisibility and teleportation of Grey Aliens into different times frames of earth certainly is an 'National Security threat'! - So I guess they are justified!!! - Right?

Just look at these official looking documents! There must be something going one with Einstein and the Philadelphia Experiment.
